POSITIONS
Here are the current available positions for the 2021 spring semester:
Picture
Student relation Officer.
You are tasked to take care of student related affairs.
You will be in charge of organising:
  1. The Case Study nights: Once a week (to be confirmed) during Fall semester. Here the officer will be tasked of taking care of logistics, communication and preparation of each session (e . g . prepare a mini - presentation or get another association member to do so)
  2. The IPP, A course offered by TCS in spring
  3. Managing and sustaining the relationship of TCS and the EPFL library. This includes purchasing new case material, books, etc .
  4.  Update and maintain the TCS Moodle with cases and other resources
  5.  Being the point of contact with the team working on the TCS booklet
  6.  Being the point of contact with the team working on the TCS case - book
  7.  Create new content and bring new initiatives to the table.
Design & Communication officer:
You will be tasked to take care of any TCS branding activities. You will be in charge of the communication of the association and taking care of any design related project.
Your tasks will be:
  1. Plan and design our social media content. Organise the communication of TCS and create new contents on our social media platforms.
  2. Production of all the association’s publications such as flyers, banners, portfolio to ensure a positive image with students and partner companies.
All you need for this position is creativity and motivation. If you have both, this job is made for you!
Campus & Internal officer. 
You will be in charge of organising on campus manifestations and representing TCS. You will be responsible of the campus visibility of the association and to organise the team building events, bringing new ideas of fun, leisure and enjoyment to the table.

Corporate Relations Officer        
You will be tasked to take care of any TCS communications with external consulting companies.                
You will be a point of contact of TCS with an external consulting company. Some of your tasks will involve:                
  1. Discussing and proposing TCS personalised services to companies.        
  2. Discussing potential sponsorships if many services are of interest to the external company (especially during sponsorship renewal season (i.e. January of every year))                            
  3. After signing contracts, taking care of executing any personalised services                   
  4. In case any other teams needs external company consultants the officers reaches out to company representatives to discuss potential company involvement.
  5. Keep company updated of any TCS- related issues.
