Good negotiations follow a strategy. How to negotiate successfully can be learned. Join us for this interactive workshop to enhance your skills. You will learn from experienced BCG consultants how to best develop your negotiation strategy and apply the learned skills in a fun negotiation game in small groups, led by a BCG coach. Furthermore, you will have the possibility to personally connect with BCGers and ask what you always wanted to know.
This event is open to all female students with a nonbusiness background in their third semester or higher. Please apply with your CV by the latest on October 22 here.
The workshop will be held at our Zurich office. Please keep in mind the BAG health guidelines at all times.

As part of EyeOn’s collaboration with students from the most prestigious universities from Switzerland, we will introduce you to a business game. It depicts a real-life problem that consultants face when working together with global companies in the field of Supply Chain. In the form of an online workshop, the students will be placed in teams to work on a proposal to tackle the presented problem using their creativity, analytical skills, and technical knowledge.

BCG CIRCLES : Mentoring Program
Are you an aspiring woman with a strong interest in consulting and studying at a Swiss university?
If that sounds like you, join BCG Circles, our 6-month career mentoring program. The program aims at building and expanding the foundation of your career. We will meet once a month (virtual or in person) and discuss a variety of topics, such as exclusive insights into the work of consultants and BCG, skill workshops and a case study practice session. The program also includes one-to-one career mentoring conversations that are fully based on your needs, questions and future interests. Each individual Circle consists of up to 8 co-mentees and will be guided by two seasoned BCG consultants. This is a unique opportunity to boost your career and build a network with other passionate women. Seize the chance to gain unique insight into BCG’s work and culture by joining our BCG Circles mentoring program!
Based on recommendations by the BAG and internal guidelines, the program consists of a mix of virtual and in-person meetings with the option to always participate virtually should you have safety concerns.
