McKinsey Achievements Awards

McKinsey is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and passionate about developing leaders. There are three McKinsey Achievement Awards designed to recognize and support talented people who may be currently underrepresented in leadership roles: McKinsey 1st Generation Achievement Award (for individuals who are the first in their family to earn a higher-education academic degree) McKinsey LGBTQ+ Achievement Award (for individuals who self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning) McKinsey Women Achievement Award (for individuals who self-identify as women).
