The Next Generation Women Leaders event is an exclusive three-day workshop organized on May 8-10, 2020 in a chateau outside of Paris that offers you the opportunity to explore the importance of women in leadership, shape your personal leadership style, and understand how to grow your potential.

McKinsey invites final year Bachelors, Masters, or PhD students graduating in no later than 2021 and professionals with up to eight years of work experience currently based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa.
